Custom garments (made-to-measure, bespoke, altered, or monogrammed items) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Made-to-order shoes and ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unaltered
• In original condition with packaging and tags
