Sharp Custom Men’s Tuxedo Jackets
Make a classic, timeless statement that exudes confidence. Design your own striking, well-fitting tuxedo jacket with Lupo Bianco.
A man’s tuxedo jacket should be snug when closed but not tight. The sleeves should start exactly where your arms meet your shoulder and should align with the natural angles of your arm. As a critical part of your men’s formal evening wear, the only answer is a custom-made tuxedo jacket led by the careful craftsmanship of Lupo Bianco’s master tailors.
We make the process simple to attain a custom tuxedo jacket that lives and breathes you with the experience of our men’s suiting tailors to guide you, a wide range of premium fabrics and colours and an extensive 5,000 patterns to choose from.

When You Want to Look Your Best
Dress well and capture attention from the top down. A men’s tuxedo jacket and bow tie are some of the first elements that help distinguish a dinner suit from a day suit.
Made from sleeker materials like wool or silk, with finer satin touches in the lapels, buttons and pocket trim, a tuxedo jacket makes a nod to man’s sense of sophistication and refinement.
While there are options out there to buy off the rack, nothing embodies this class and attention to detail like a custom made tuxedo jacket. It’s the only option when you’re looking for the perfect jacket to grab attention.

Men’s Tuxedo Jackets for Wedding, Formals and Black Tie Affairs
On your wedding or other formal occasions, the classic or modern tuxedo jacket offers an unenviable, unmatched appeal with its perfect fit and sheen. Wear a custom tuxedo jacket to stand out amongst the crowd, with a sharp and flattering fit. Not only do our tailors at Lupo Bianco work with you to create a custom tuxedo jacket that looks smart and feels comfortable, but it also offers the chance for you to communicate your style and personality.
Contrary to sometimes popular belief, a tuxedo jacket doesn’t have to be black. Choose a jewel-coloured satin tuxedo jacket for one reminiscent of the suave smoking jacket, a brown jacket to be more fresh and modern, or a tuxedo jacket in brocade for palatial charm.

Made-to-Measure Jackets and Suits
Every tuxedo jacket or tailored suit is made to measure only. During your appointment, one of our tailors will come to your location for a 30-minute fitting. We take at least 20 individual measurements to understand your physique and preferences. We’ll also walk you through our selection of premium fabrics, colours and suit patterns.
At which point, we take four to six weeks for our tailors to make your custom men’s tuxedo suit and then hand-deliver it to you.
Luxurious Fabrics
We present an extensive collection of exceptional fabrics for men’s tuxedo coats. These are sourced from the world’s most esteemed textile houses, including Vitale Barberis Canonico, Cerruti, Holland & Sherry, Dino Filarte and Loro Piana.

Our wedding suits start from $650 (incl. GST), but we provide wedding package discounts that offer up to 10% off custom suits and 40% off custom shirts for the whole bridal party, so you can be sure that everyone will arrive to your special occasion in custom tailored style.
Remember, it’s all about the fit. If you are on a very tight budget, then rental is probably the best option. However, the drawback to this is that hiring a designer suit can still be expensive, and the money you pay doesn’t even get you the freedom to wear it after the wedding. After that sort of a spend, you’d want to own the suit. Plus, nothing says personal than a piece of clothing made just for you. Your wedding day is a once in a lifetime event, so why not make it as special as possible?
The reason why buying is better than hiring when it comes to wedding suits: it’s a forever purchase. If you’ve always wanted a tailor-made suit that you can use again for formal events, investing in made-to-measure garments gives you a timeless style that is both unique to you and designed to last.
If you are in the bridal party, our advice is to go with a plain, dark colour such as black, navy or charcoal grey, as these colours are the industry standard for formal events. If you are attending a wedding outside of the bridal party, then lighter colours are recommended to show your celebration of the event, with light grey in particular being a popular choice.
However, it is always best to check with the wedding organisers beforehand if you are a guest and are unsure.
Your custom-tailored suit will be ready within 4-6 weeks. While you can purchase a suit from us months prior to your wedding, it is best to get a suit and have alterations made closer to your wedding date, especially if you are expecting to gain/lose weight for your big day.
Alterations take about 1-4 days to complete, depending on the extent of the request, but we recommend starting the custom tailoring process 2-3 months before your wedding and having alterations (if required) done 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding.
Yes, it is highly recommended that you wear a suit to a black-tie wedding. As it is an ultra-formal event, we recommend custom tailoring a three piece black suit for the highest levels of respectful sophistication. Should you want to present more of your individuality in your attire, you could also choose to wear a double breasted suit instead.
Our advice is to go with a black slim fit suit to enhance your silhouette, pairing it with a black tie or bow tie to achieve a more sophisticated style. As for tailoring details, each stitch will be custom designed to suit your taste, but in general a tuxedo style suit jacket featuring peak satin lapels and one vent will be ideal for the groom and their groomsmen. While a two piece suit is extremely versatile, a traditional, black three piece suit presents a higher level of formality. Depending on your personal taste, you may also choose a double breasted suit for more of a statement piece.
Whether you’re attending a wedding or celebrating your own, nothing is as suitable as a black suit. For any formal event a two piece black suit would be appropriate, but lighter, more vibrant colours are also great for bringing an air of jubilation to any wedding event or joyous occasion that you are invited to.
These wedding suits are completely personalised and can be matched to any wedding theme. The process of planning the suit should start about 2-3 months before the actual wedding date.
Keep in mind where your inspirations lie and consider reaching out if you need a style advisor or have to prepare some self-research.Your outfit timeline should always be made with consideration to any adjustments and tailoring time.
We promise that you’ll have fun choosing the perfect look and fit that celebrates your union, creating that special look for you and your partner to cherish with all your heart.
The two most important thoughts when buying a suit are style and personal taste. But, to choose the right suit for your wedding, you need to consider some additional factors such as season, time, and place of the ceremony. Blue or navy wedding suits are the best choice for a colorful groom suit as shades of blue tend to punch up the colors you pair them with, bringing out the best in your tie, pocket square, or even the dress shirt you choose. Or, if you decide to go with a tuxedo, the most common colour profile is in shades of black or white.
It depends on personal preference. The main physical difference between a tux and a suit is that tuxedos have satin details i.e., satin lapels, satin buttons and, traditionally, a satin side-stripe down the pant leg—classic suits do not.
Modern tuxedos consist of 1 button on the jacket and 1 vent at the back.
On a suit, the jacket, lapel, and pants all consist of the same material. Instead of satin buttons, a suit will usually have bone, plastic, or fabric-covered buttons.
Most commonly, they will also have 2 buttons on the jacket and either 1 or 2 vents at the back, based on personal preference. Tuxedos are generally matched with white shirts that have a wing tip collar to highlight bowties and French Cuffs. Meanwhile, suits can be worn with a variety of patterned or solid colour dress shirts, usually with more classic-styled collars and cuffs.
